I enjoy my job and co-workers. But we need help
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The different parts of the staff ( nursing, therapy, kitchen etc) need to work together not against each other. When you clock in its only a matter of time until someone tries to get someone in trouble!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair and equal! The leadership team ALL got to take vacations, but the rest of the staff's requests were DENIED! I put my request in May for Sept 1 - 1 day off and was denied!!! several other staff menbers were also denied.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have the supervisors take some of the work off of us. We are working above state requirments because there isnt enough staff. But we are expected to cover all the openings. 1 to 3 Nurses are needed everyday to fill the openings for August and September! The leadership staff has TOO MANY MEETINGS!
