Maintain sufficient stock to safely and competently do the job, decrease psych population, support floor staff, more evident staff appreciation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop accepting psych patients since we are not rated to properly care for them. It creates a dangerous environment when these patients are off their meds. They need to fix HR so employees get paid bonuses when earned, not 2-6 paychecks later.
