What are some of the best things about your team?

There are some nurses and aides that put out 100% effort when caring for the patients and making sure their needs are met while doing so in a caring and safe way.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

On call Nurses do not ever return pages or calls thus no support when needed, patient/nurse ratios are ridiculous. Very, very few people report to duty on time and there are no repercussions from being late ever, even an hr late.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

need managers to be accessible to staff, on call to answer text or phone calls and get rid of the employees that have been counseled for sleeping hours on the job. Find quality workers that respect both the patients, co workers and management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

You never know if there will be enough staff. You dread being the person that gets the aides that sleep more than do their job or getting the aides that do patient care and rounds only the last 2 hrs of the shift, preferring to socialize and sit for the first 3 quarters of their shift.
