Scrum Alliance Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

I’m happiest at work when I’m collaborating with my team and seeing our efforts make a real impact. Feeling trusted in my role and supported by such a positive, empowering culture makes each day reward

Delivering. Contribution and pulling on the rope in a meaningful way. I feel valued and needed. Those things alone are enough, but I also get to interact with people I respect and enjoy meeting with regularly. That's the icing on the cake for me.

Seeing ideas grow into actual releases that go out to the membership!

Seeing ideas actually come to life and be released to our members. It's been exciting to be a part of all the new things we've launched recently!

Being able to work remotely is what makes me happiest. It gives me flexibility while still allowing me to collaborate effectively with my team through virtual tools. This balance helps me stay productive and feel supported.

Having clear objectives and obstacles cleared out of my way.

Doing work that has meaning with a team of professionals to support.

I’m happiest at work when I’m supporting my team and working together with both leadership and my colleagues. Contributing to shared goals and seeing our efforts come together is very reward

Frequently being given opportunities to make a difference, learn and grow and my job role.

Being a part of the growth!

When I get to work with team members on difficult tasks and we come up with innovative solutions that make sense and provide value to our customers. It feels great to be trusted with hard problems, not be micro managed, and be allowed to find and build solutions that work.

When my team succeeds or learns

The work we do and the impact on the community on a daily basis.

I’m happiest when I get to shape strategy and build something from the ground up- designing processes, creating structure, and laying the foundation for long-term growth while seeing the immediate impact of that work. I'm so excited that I actually get to do all that- it's very motivatin

Helping people do their jobs effectively, and enjoy their time at work.

I am consistently excited about the projects we are working on.

The freedom to decide what I think is best to do to accomplish my team's goals.

Seeing team members learn and grow

Being able to interact with my peers and solve complex problems

The team members are supportive.
