What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

The leadership team is engaged and tries to stay connected with the rest of the organization. They usually do a strong job picking a direction and communicating the direction and vision to the teams and individuals doing the work.

The executive team is doing amazing work to diversify our product portfolio. This is especially important with todays tough educational market.

What I value most about our leadership team is their compelling vision and how consistently they equip us with the resources to deliver our best work.

They are transparent and do what they say they will. This alone isn't really enough to be a good leadership team, so luckily they also back it up with competence, strong collaboration, and compromise when needed.

Our executive team leads with clarity, focus, and a shared commitment to our strategy. They foster collaboration across the organization, creating space for every voice to contribute while keeping us aligned and moving purposefully toward our vision.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

The team always shows up and figures out the work that needs to be delivered to get the job done and move our systems and processes forward. They have high integrity, and I can count on every one across the organization to make commitments, do what they say, and deliver projects.

A company that practices what it preaches is not always the case. Scrum Alliance, however, does follow through with the mission. The organization utilizes agile & scrum best practices, making teams efficient and communicative.

The meetings are facilitated well enough so that everyone is able to voice their opinion.

My team stands out for its strong collaborative spirit, technical competence, and shared dedication to hard work.

My team is incredibly open to feedback and always willing to collaborate. We’re proactive in anticipating our customers’ needs and take pride in finding thoughtful, innovative solutions that make a real differe

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Even though the team works hard, they also like to have fun. Being a remote company we don't meet in person very much. I really enjoy all company meetings and other team building gatherings where we can all gather together virtually, laugh, bond, and have fun.

Very supportive, kind, intelligent people.

Our organization utilized the agile and scrum methodologies that we are striving to share with the world. This helps us all to stay positive and hopeful as that is the cornerstone of that way of thinking.

What stands out most about our environment is how seamlessly we blend a collaborative mindset with effective agile practices.

Scrum Alliance has such a positive and welcoming culture! It’s a place where collaboration, trust, and respect are part of every interaction. I feel valued, supported, and inspired to do my best work every da

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

The process has changed over the years, and I'm not certain what the current process is actually like.

Posted 9 days ago

Efficient interviews, well communicated updates, and not a drawn out process. Very well done.

What I appreciated most about the interview process was how transparent it was, with clear step-by-step communication and timely updates throughout.

The interview process was thoughtful, transparent, and engaging. The team made me feel comfortable and truly interested in my perspective and experience.

We are picky, and careful to select people who will fit in with our environment, but also be able to self manage enough to handle excelling in a work from home environment. It's not for everyone, and takes a certain kind of person. You have to be invested. Just wanting 'a job' isn't enough.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

I really enjoy delivering high quality results that help my team and the company meet its goals. In addition I'm a big fan of working with others on projects (pairing) because it's a very satisfying and gratifying way to work, and often produces better results than working alone.

I love the freedom that I'm given to work on my projects without constant supervision. I've worked at companies that do that and I always felt like I was being treated unprofessionally. Scrum Alliance is the exact opposite. Everyone is treated as a professional regardless of career level.

I am most fulfilled by working closely with my team to solve problems and having the opportunity to consistently expand my skill set.

I’m happiest at work when I’m collaborating with my team and seeing our efforts make a real impact. Feeling trusted in my role and supported by such a positive, empowering culture makes each day reward

Delivering. Contribution and pulling on the rope in a meaningful way. I feel valued and needed. Those things alone are enough, but I also get to interact with people I respect and enjoy meeting with regularly. That's the icing on the cake for me.
