Health benefits and employee stock purchase plan
Salary, benefits and performance bonus
good benefits package and time off. not as stressful as other tech companies
I make 80k working about 40 hours a week with just a high school diploma. Very competitive for Minneapolis.
Stock and annual bonus .
Equity and bonus are exceptional
Stock price on the rise.
Untracked PTO policy. (Like Netflix's)
The new 16 week paid parental leave policy.
I am still hanging out of balance due to I am not getting full employment yet. They kept me at bay in temporary cribs.
Lower than market rate. Laying off based on cost so the better performers go first.
The compensation should be shared with equity
Review from Engineering Dept
When I compare my compensation and benefits to those of people with similar experience and similar roles at technology companies, Seagate compensation falls short. Competitive compensation and increase stock payments would make me feel better.
Salary is a bit lower than industry standards
Not only is there not any equities nor stock options offered to us, pay was also way under market. So are benefits as well.
Pay and benefits are way below market average and increments are paltry even if your performance or the financial year is good. Fresh grads would catch up to your pay grade in no time if you don't leave.
Fair compensation. Inexperienced staffs getting better compensation.
Equity compensation and bonus for all the overtime especially working 16x5 job in IT.
Too many RIFs, low morale, no budget
Better targeted local project bonuses.

More bonuses and more raises always make you feel valuable, some kind of recognition. Years of nothing hurts the ego.
Compensation does not keep up with inflation. The employees get little or no stock, while the executive staff gets large amounts
