Communication at company is poor. It makes our job difficult.

Again, communication and pay. Stop shipping jobs overseas!

Weird. Some people are great. Others don't even acknowledge others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing for part time and no loyalty. Recently opened a call center in Jamaica. Taking away hours from long time employees.
