Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I understand the difficulty with balancing salary increases with the exponential increase of inflation. However, I also feel that my efforts should be compensated more efficiently. With this said, Sectigo is becoming more creative in their benefits to compensate.

The interview process is very thorough. I was able to meet with a number of team members including the leadership team.
