Being hourly is so much better than salary in a service role. I can't count the number of times that you end up staying late or being paged after hours.

I am a new employee so I know that when my review time comes up I will be compensated for the work I am doing

My co workers need better time management skills and more empathy when passing off calls. They should make sure parts are correct and correct troubleshooting steps have been taken.
