ServiceNow Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The stock grants are great

Bonus, stock, and yearly bump

Stocks work better than hikes over the time.

Aside from getting paid well and good health care benefits, the Employee Stock Purchasing program and RSU grants are an amazing benefit in our compensation plan and even more so with the stocks growth of the years.

RSUs (restricted stock units) and bonuses

Hsj jhs jj jh hj

The timing is top notch. No delay

free Lyra services and great well being days

Equity - having skin in the game

I received a nice RSU package when I started, but the refreshes have been very slim.

Salary plus stocks plus bonus

the most holistic benefits I've ever had, and for a reasonably price , especially considering how much you get

Pension and provident funds are available

The high growth stock and ESPP

my stocks and RSU. competitive take home

Compensation is really good, because the work is needlessly difficult. They have to pay more to keep people around.

Hands down the stock grants and purchases.

Stocks, RSUs, Unlimited Paid Time Off

Its depends on Mr performance

Review from Engineering Dept

Stock for sure, rest is avg

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is not really good consider my workload - late night calls and weekends. Not a fair and transparent PTO system.

Expected more RSUs, better 401 k and educational reimbursement

they need to improve perk and benefit like othet tech companiezs

More base compensation and high equity

Total comp is what other similar companies have as the starting base salary. All benefits are a fraction of what other similar sized companies (1-5 Billion) offer their employees. It feels like the company goes out of its way to cheat employees out of money/ benefits. Much improvement needed.

Treat all people the same regardless of there skin colour

Review from IT Dept

People having same experience are paid more. Appraisal and hikes are dependent on your repo with your seniors, manager and directors
