First place I've found work life integration... my life doesn't entirely revolve around my job and I think I'm doing better work because of that

Remote work is good, although most of the teams are still learning how to work remotely. Most managers don't seem to know how to design work well, but on the rare occasion a task is doable without cutting through 3 layers of red tape or getting buy-in from 7 different stakeholders, things get done.

I have the pleasure of speaking to potential customers and learning of their problems I am able to propose solutions with a software that I fully believe and trust can help them. I wish I could say that was true always for my career but here it definitely is.

The challenge is still good but efficiency dropping and ethics are dropping
