They preach transparency, but keep everything close to the chest and end up doing the opposite of what is talked about in company all hands.
More transparency and ethical. Words and actions don't match
They've been trying to grow for so long they've accumilated a large amount of technical and process debt across the company. Things get done through heroic efforts and not through tools and processes. The platform itself is difficult to use without years of expertise; that needs to be fixed.
We are racing towards sales goals in an unsustainable mannee
Keeping founders culture, stop chasing Bay area identity
Pay is not really good consider my workload - late night calls and weekends. Not a fair and transparent PTO system.
Expected more RSUs, better 401 k and educational reimbursement
they need to improve perk and benefit like othet tech companiezs
More base compensation and high equity
Total comp is what other similar companies have as the starting base salary. All benefits are a fraction of what other similar sized companies (1-5 Billion) offer their employees. It feels like the company goes out of its way to cheat employees out of money/ benefits. Much improvement needed.
Hate it they think they are such big heads
Stop being so petty and vicious. Try to collaborate instead of judging others and talking crap about people over small things.
treat people the same regardless of there skin colour

As a technology company, I would expect better efforts to scale programs internally and externally, but for the most part management just throws more people at the problem, burns them out, and then hires more. For company that wants to make "work better" they don't do it well enough internally.
They need to put employees first. We constantly lose our excellent colleagues to better pay, better (or market) benefits and other true signs of appreciations. Accolades over email don't pay the bills in Silicon Valley and it rings hollow when it's coupled with additional budget cuts.
The managers and leaders need to actually care about the employees and not just about getting their next promotion.

Improve the HR team -- people, processes, timelines, and expectations
Be organized, and follow through with actual interactions.
Make sure the interviewers know how to interview and have experience. Reduce the number of interviews from 8 to 10 to something more reasonable.
treat people the same regardless of there skin colour

Stop inviting people from Oracle. Will increase the bar at Level 1 so to filter out effort at L2 and L3 Will ask job relevant questions.
