The stock grants are great
Bonus, stock, and yearly bump
Stocks work better than hikes over the time.
Aside from getting paid well and good health care benefits, the Employee Stock Purchasing program and RSU grants are an amazing benefit in our compensation plan and even more so with the stocks growth of the years.

My teammates are all hardworking and willing to help each other out whenever one is stuck. They all have a team mindset and have the ability to communicate effectively to get the work done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a hard working culture but with a genuine concern for peoples mental health and wellbeing
The team has each others back. Growing at fast rate and delivering best in class products is challenging and so is supporting them. However, we constantly grow as a team and believe in the vision of ServiceNow together, pushing our limits to achieve all the has been accomplished.

Most people who interviewed me were super nice and polite, and they were also candid. They answered my questions respectfully and I appreciated their calm and kind demeanor.
