Enjoy working with the attorneys but the exec director really has no clue
completely underqualified "old-timers" in the admin department are overpaid while the rest of us work hard and should be compensated accordingly
Administrative leadership is terrible and is content to follow the pack. Wish they were the best and the brightest like the attorneys they hired.
They should foster innovation and new ideas instead of promoting the ridiculous idea that the way things have been done is the only way and the best way.
