Everyone is very respectful of your time-- we have initiatives to keep meetings short, relevant, and only as frequent as is necessary.

Super transparent and accessible. They're really open to constructive criticism, and take immediate action when there's an issue or something that could be improved.

I feel supported when I'm struggling and recognized when I'm succeeding. There's a casual tone to our workplace that has led to the breeding of deep and genuinely meaningful connections with coworkers
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by a manager, but immediately got to shadow someone actively in the position I was interviewing for. I was encouraged to ask real questions to that person without retribution (like if they genuinely liked it, or what the worst parts of the job were)
