Great place to work. Genuinely cares about employees and customers. The feeling of "mission driven" is palpable. everyone lives the merchant experience. Of course - it's hypergrowth so things get chaotic. Not for people who want to adhere strictly to their job description or can't handle stress.

Transparency, support, one team one dream feel, working in a cool industry, working directly with fun customers

Transparency. Never worked at a company where the exec team shares the P&L, big initiatives etc. so transparently
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems for our customers - bc they really appreciate it. it's not enterprise where there are 15 people involved and 20 meetings before something gets done. We are solving problems all the time, and our customers are entrepreneurs or SMBs and they appreciate it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Personal touch. Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they cared. I also liked the case study, it was fun and gave me an opportunity to really flex my skills and show them off, vs. just relying on behavioral "does this person like me or not"
