Such a humble hard working team who leaves the ego at the door allowing us to get stuff done so quickly. This is the best job I have ever had.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people!!! I truly love my team and genuinely never dread going to/ logging in for the day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet so many people from different departments. It gave me a great sense of the type of company we are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work so hard and have such a great morale while doing it. We constantly have fun facing our challenges and always make sure we have open direct conversations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that there is a clear culture of leaving ego at the door and solving problems wearing our what's best for Shipbob hat. It makes for amazing alignment across all teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are truly a team and always aligned with how we solve as a team. There is little friction between departments as we want to make sure we are focusing on growth at all costs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel well paid but more importantly the benefits are so good. I paid little to nothing for IVF thanks to great coverage which is unheard of. I also really appreciate the quarterly wellness days. They really help me decompress.
