I love the remote first work environment and the support I have from our internal teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are good options for standard benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) as well as a wide variety of additional voluntary benefits to choose from as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works on a collaborative basis -- everyone pitches in where we can, helps with brainstorming and project execution, and are very supportive of each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an emphasis on growth across the leadership teams. Everyone operates with transparency so it's great, as an employee, to know what is happening behind the scenes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an emphasis on mental health -- we have a generous PTO package as well as Quarterly Wellness Days, we are currently testing out more initiatives to help improve work-life balance, and our EAP/ERG programs offer resources and trainings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very fast -- I submitted my application and had been invited to complete 3 rounds of interviews in less than 2 weeks (other companies I had applied at prior were just getting back to me to schedule first interviews while ShipBob was sending me a job offer).
