What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with eCommerce merchants and being part of a tech focused 3PL. We're constantly trying to innovate and push boundaries which keeps me engaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of transparency. And while we don't try to make mistakes, when you do you aren't ostracized. Sometimes mistakes are part of learning and making them is ok as long as you figure out ways to reduce/eliminate recurrences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at ShipBob is not afraid to get their hands dirty. We have c-suite execs on customer calls often and working collaboratively with teammates. There is also a lot of great insight that comes from the exec team like daily updates from our CRO.
