One of the Best Company I have worked till date , cool people and uber cool leadership , focused on work and achieving goals pretty helpful and collaborative,work life balance is not for the name sake and here management pretty much care for the welfare of the employees and their well being too.

Their approach and the perspective they look into the things and the way they achieve or solve or make things happen, pretty much self driven and always reachable

Now pay has been revised and made it much simpler to analyze and finance team is working on to give as much benefits that employees deserve to get as per their pay.

Healthy work environment with people surrounding you having positive mindset and helpful always makes any one much happy and exciting where you can only focus on work and easily ignore or not care about other pretty or not useful things

We are always collaborative and believe very much in team work , maintain clear communication among ourselves and we do the same when reporting to management or any one, Take responsibility and also do share work load when any team member's absence , always appreciate other's good work ,achievements
