Overall, my experience with the company has been fantastic! Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and I've fit into the culture extremely well. I love we get to work from home, have a quarterly mental health day, unlimited PTO, and a friendly-competitive sales team!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the competition our SDR's encourage amongst each other. Everyone is always pushing their peers to be their best every single day
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was very casual and informal. I felt comfortable asking all the necessary questions throughout the process. I also appreciated a fast process
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of us are internal and some external so together we really create a diverse perspective on coaching and how to effectively teach our reps how to sell ShipBob portfolio
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my director is always in close contact and always willing to help! She's made sure she is almost always available for any questions I may have. I really appreciate that I can come to her for anything and not feel judged or criticized
