the sense of team...I mentioned previously that no one has an ego, regardless of their position within the company. We all pitch in and help in anyway we can

They keep the teams well informed, give a great deal of autonomy to complete our jobs, and show their appreciation for the successes and guidance should things not go as planned

We drive each other to be successful, share what we're doing well, and rely on each other when we need assistance...We enjoy working together, and that's a great feeling to have
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with 6 different people from "C" level positions as well as a variety of departments. I believe this gave me an opportunity to share my experiences over my career to several key decision makers
