Although I started a month ago my overall experience with the ShipBob family thus far has been phenomenal. What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team embraces the 'open floor' mentality and actively promotes collaboration and idea sharing. Titles are left at the door and team success takes precedence over old-fashioned corporate egos.
