Merchant Care was good but after hiring Team Leads it has become worst. They just bulk up work on associate leading to burdening of agents. Common sense is purely lacking in team leads. It was amazing before hiring of these Team leads (TL).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It doesn't matter until there is mental peace but due to heavy bulk up of cases. Its not going good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Case management needs to improve. Few people only do easy work and others hard work. Team Leads are completely biased and favouritism has ruined the experience. I regert leaving my old company for this.
