BUPA, Bonus, reviewed often, my choice

Review from Sales Dept

Health insurance being affordable with good covarage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better health care benefits and more compensation

Doubling my salary for the amount and level of work I do

I have more responsibility and accountability than people making nearly twice as much as me. Even as one of the highest rated performers at the location over the past 4 years my salary barely keeps up with the bottom of the pay band

Loyalty from the company would be great.

Review from Sales Dept

My compensation cant cover the basic needs

Similar jobs have a total compensation that is 50% more so it would be better to raise salary

Ensure you negotiate your pay

Review from Operations Dept

I have received several outside offers which are higher than what Siemens will offer. Siemens will not offer stock options. Yearly raises are lower compared to other companies. There’s a lot of old people in line for promotion

Pay me what the market pays its people

being paid median market rate for the job

Review from Operations Dept

Pay more closely matched with industry average

information exchange with colleagues working in other companies

Salary growth is the biggest issue. Every thing else is pretty good.

Better compensation for my experience

The pay is OK, but stock grants are rarely offered.

I have to postpone medical procedures because of health insurance and lack of work/life balance (no recovery time)

The management team puts all the work onto their workers. I work in the area they consider their "money maker" and expect us to work harder/faster than other areas so they can fufill their profit expectations.

Costs keep increasing while benefit decreases

Base pay on merit and experience

the salaries of comparable jobs in other companies are about 20% higher
