My overall experience was absolutely terrible. Employees were pushed into insane hours, constant stress, and expected to stay silent about it. Any attempt to speak up was treated as a problem, as if the employee was at fault. It was completely unreasonable. Trust in leadership is strongly discourage

Employees were being controlled too much due to lack of trust. Even on a management level, managers were micromanaged by the CEO herself.

Every employee I worked with shared the same frustration about reaching a career ceiling shortly after joining. The company failed to invest in training programs, mentorship, or clear advancement opportunities.
