My overall experience was absolutely terrible. Employees were pushed into insane hours, constant stress, and expected to stay silent about it. Any attempt to speak up was treated as a problem, as if the employee was at fault. It was completely unreasonable. Trust in leadership is strongly discourage

The whole time I was there it was like this constant battle against information silos where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and they don't seem to care about fixing it.

Employees were being controlled too much due to lack of trust. Even on a management level, managers were micromanaged by the CEO herself.
