What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Have some good employees. But most of the time they are hired by managers and are friends with them.
What did you like most about the interview process?Years ago when I was hired, we had a regional manager that was fantastic. He knew how to hire people. He earned your respect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?they're more than happy to help and coach employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?fairness and communication with the employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They pay as little as possble and set the commission scale so high it is impossible to make anything. It was not this way before Signet bought us out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? They are not honest and fair in commission sales. There is a lot of sales stealing. the tone is set by the store managers.
