Reasonable sacrifices on starting salary (startup, anyone?) but great benefits (awesome healthcare package), bonus structure, and room for growth. Stock options for a rapidly growing company aren't too shabby either.

Free topo chico and Yerba Mate. Anything else? On a serious note: everyone is taken seriously and given the respect to and space to do their job. No micro-managing, no over-bearing atmosphere. Just people who show up committed to doing their part to keep the company moving forward.
