Sitecore wants to move extremely fast but internally teams are not ready for constant changing of goal posts. Set a direction and stick to it. Work/life balance at Sitecore is not great, especially due to losing staff and not being able to backfill quick enough.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Had 2 interviews and then decision was made. Was thorough but fast.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overworked and understaffed. No clear vision. $1.2billion investment yet all corners are being cut and people are working long hours to cope with workload.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are new and trying to find how to best work together. There does not seem to be a lot of egos, so feel positive that they can work together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rumours that we're going to IPO soon, yet there is no talk of stock options or equity in the company to employees that have been with Sitecore for a long time.
