As I have a good manager, we had everything structured for my onboarding, so then I found out that I would have a buddy/tutor, which was such a great help, even working remotely I have never felt lost as I always had support when needed. I am delighted about my role.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am really motivated to get my tasks done, I like having my catch up meeting with my team, where we know our team tasks and get ready for the day. I always had a great communication with all areas when needed, I really think Sitecore have some really good people and professionals.

I like the idea of having a healthcare plan.

it's not boring as we have different stuff everyday

we have some lunch, events together, at least twice a month

We have great communication, we all take ownership, we always help each other when needed.

I work close to my team lead, and she is really professional and always ready to help when needed.

My team and the company that gives me the opportunity to get involved with different areas/people, so no boring days if you want to get involved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me the most positive point about the culture is that people are always willing to help each other, and if we don't know the answer, we will help you to find who knows, people are determined to help and get things done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is not from the same country as me, even though we have such a great relationship, we always help each other, we care about making sure we are all working at the same pace, so we all have a good work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
after almost 6 months in the company, I guess my manager knows how worth my work is for the company/team. So now I guess it's time to reevaluate it. My manager is a great manager and I guess we will talk about it after my probation time.
