it started off great, however it has taken a turn for the worse and I feel like I cant leave this place fast enough.

the PTO benefits and days off for certain holidays that arent celebrated by everyone
What are some of the best things about your team?
with the exception of my direct manager, my team members actually are friendly, pleasant, and care about me and my well being
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work like crazy and do work for all other entities and get no help and no one cares that I work until 2 am sometimes to complete tasks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am automatically given more work without being asked if its possible. The company is extremely top heavy and don't have enough staff to fulfill the duties that management wont do.
