
The work hard and do what they can to help their customers.
The company tries to portray a positive image. The products though are too complex.
The regions that generate the most revenue should have the most resources, in their time zone.
No accountability or ownership. Selling products & processes before the processes are built. Indicating that Sitecore is SaaS and though it's really not true SaaS. There are not enough resources generally. Too much fire-fighting.
I'd like to get paid more this role fills the gaps that are within the company. This is not a customer-centric company. In fact I think those that do not have "customer" in their title or job description do what they can to avoid talking to customers. It's very very sad.
