My team means everything to me. I thrive vicariously through their professional achievements.

They're transparent with the vision and seek feedback from the employees. It's engrained in our culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our roots and the fact that so many people care about doing what's right for our customers, partners, and Sitecore.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We've moved away from a true sales culture. There's too many people who refuse to get on a challenging call with our customers to solve problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my compensation is currently below market value, but I do know that my manager is advocating on my behalf. I also think our 401k match is below what many of our competitors offer. Equity would be great as well.
