Compensation package doesn't seem competitive with those in the area.

Management is understanding and values the importance of "work-life balance"

Working collaboratively with my team, creating a positive working environment and celebrating our successes.

Having a dynamic workday and flexibility in managing my own schedule. Interacting with different departments and people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team has a clear understanding of our team goals and accomplishments. We are very supportive of each other, both professionally and personally, especially during these pandemic times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When we used to travel for events, the team would make it a priority to plan dinners and social events. This helped not only with team bonding but also created great working friendships.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises within the company has been very inconsistent not only in timing but in % amount. There lacks a structure and clear understanding of how to achieve, succeed and continue growth in compensation.
