I have been with Sitecore for a very long time (8 years) and I feel that I've stayed due to the constant support of peers, managers, and the leadership team. Everyone wants each other to succeed and help grow this company. I am overall very happy at my job.
I've been here a long time. The people and the flexibility are very important especially with a family. We have good values and most of the ELT are honest about where we are headed as a company.
Incredibly supportive and always willing to help out
Positive and constructive feedback from managers and co-workers
The people and the culture are the best.
What I do for my job. It's the best!
The work/life balance is the best. Sitecore is good about putting employees first.
I'm not sure that there really is a best part. It seems fair.
Everyone is respectful of each other. The team collaboration and support is the best.
Everyone is incredibly supportive. There is a lot of collaboration and enthusiasm amongst peers.
The people are wonderful. We just need to do a better job of retaining our talent.
The leadership team is direct and honest about the vision of Sitecore and the path we need to take to get there.
The work/life balance is very good. I feel that I have a solid job and I'm also able to be a mom.
I don't fee undervalued. I love my job and my manager. I think that we have to take a hard look at the compensation given to women vs. men. It is unfair across the board.
The vision is clear. This is a very different Sitecore than when I started here many years ago. We are moving in a direction that will help us stay relevant and consistent with our competition. The LT has shown that this is a priority that will help Sitecore but also our employees.
