It is a stepping stone for my next job.

What are some of the best things about your team?

A committed team of professionals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company show great care for employees during the pandemic. They are transparent and concerned.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The CEO needs to understand the DXP space and stop making a fool of himself by giving press interviews on topics that he doesn't understand (such as the relevance of CDP in DXP).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very opaque allocation of equity options - needs to be more egalitarian. There is no upside for the majority of the employees if the company does well vs if the company does 'really' well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The newly minted white boys club at the top needs to understand that if DXP business was the same as the ERP business, then SAP would be the king. Moving from monolithic to SaaS architecture is not as easy as buying companies and/or hiring more engineers.
