Six Flags Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything it's amazing can't complain

Medical insurance and holidays plus vacation

The health and employee stock programs are quite competitive. The company relies on this messaging when hiring because the salaries are low, stress is high, and the work load is extreme.

The insurance, my salary is great and provides me with the money to take care of my family.

Review from Operations Dept

TICKETS AND PASSES DURING THE YEAR AS WELL AS AWARDS FOR EMPLOYEES, BARBECUES AND OTHER EMPLOYEE EVENTS

Could use some better benefits for the seasonal employees

I do not reveive benefitd ar this time

My ID is like a season pass, I get in free to the parks. (I am part-time so no other benefits really)

The perks and free passes to all parks

Review from Operations Dept

It provides me with everything I need

Review from Sales Dept

vacation time and health insurance

Review from Operations Dept

we get paid 11.50 and if we do overtime we get 1$ to 3$ every hour we out out there making people smile

Review from Operations Dept

Getting paid a lil more each year

The rate we were getting paid

Review from Operations Dept

Free admission for myself and my family

Review from Operations Dept

I was a part time employee, so there was no compensation package, which is understandable.

Review from Operations Dept

nice perks like comp tickets

Review from Operations Dept

Getting in to the park for me and a guest

Review from Sales Dept

Working here part-time, in a seasonal capacity, I am please that they offer a 401K, the ability to purchase company stock, and that you can earn comp tickets and season passes depending on how many seasons you work there. There are also opportunities to earn free meals and merchandise as well.

Review from Operations Dept

Fair pay for hourly employees

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Longevity to my trade loyalty to good work

Fairness, equity and transparency across

Pay a fair salary here

There is never enough hours

A starting mechanic at a competitor makes more then a mechanic at six flags with five years experience. Pay your employees what they are worth. Skip corporate bonuses

Review from Operations Dept

For the amount of work I do around the park and for how long I've been in the company, Ive seen people get promoted while they had issues with bullying employees, have been caught spending their shift on their phone or just lounging in the break area for the whole shift while hard working ppl don't.

I can't feed me family

We are some of the lowest paid in the area. Many other places make WAY MORE, and deal with a lot less

Increase in pay and allowing sick days within the first 90 days

Review from Customer Support Dept

Because the work we do is very challenging

typical company nonsense, work you 39.5 hours so you cant get the benefits they boast about

Review from Customer Support Dept

We get paid less than people working at a fast food restaurant and do more work. Higher level positions should get paid more than a dollar more than the starting level positions.

working under the hot sun we don't really get taken care of

Review from Customer Support Dept

Yes I feel undervalued, maybe better pay and better working conditions

Review from Sales Dept

I feel I get underpaid especially for the long hours that I work and I do not get benefits, I do not feel appropriated when I do I great job at work I'm not acknowledged for the good things I do

Review from Operations Dept

Having more benefits. Having lifetime discounts to the park if you dedicated so many years

Review from Operations Dept

Minimum Wage, but wages increased in 2018

Management is horrible and they shove everyones opinions to the ground unless you are a high position
