I like that the company has clear structure to internal mobility, but they do tend to wait until employees ask which can be frustrating bc a lot of employees dont realize the opportunities

They are mostly new and they have learned incredibly quickly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The 401K should be available for under 21. Im running my store but since Im 20 I cant get the 401K benefits
What makes you most happy at work?
When we are busy during rush periods and slow during slow periods. I prepare that way so it is frustrating when we have rushes when it is supposed to be slow
