Many team members make lifelong friends here at SmileDirectClub! We also prioritize work life balance so that team members have time to devote to their social lives.
We promote the business a lot in our social life. It is part of our 25/8 mentality. I love this company and was actually just flaunting it to my hairdresser!

What are the team outings like at SmileDirectClub?

We have had some amazing team outings including a night at a soccer game, Top Golf, our annual holiday party, etc! Fun entertainment, food and drinks, and prizes and swag are often part of the package.
Paid for and so so much fun. We have an entire team supporting FUN in our business and it is so appreciated.
We don't do outings as a team

The fast pace atmosphere!
I was very informed through my interview process from doing research on my own, hearing things just from word of mouth and such a knowledgeable recruiter. I would say that I knew, but it was so important to know that you HAVE to be ready for change. KNOWING not only that we potentially can change, but ARE and WILL continue to make drastic changes almost weekly.
That we video record appointments for training purposes
How would you compare interviewing at SmileDirectClub to other places you've interviewed?
Fun. I left smiling and laughing - not even knowing if I was selected for the position yet. I was so excited for the potential opportunity.
Sdc would be compared to as the best place I've interviewed for.

"What do you know about us?" I had heard so many things about the company, the growth, the culture, the business.. but it is ever-changing and I feel that I could not learn enough before my interview to meet expectations.

So much fun! paid for at 100% most of the time. This has got to me one of my favorite things about the company. They make it known that they care about US and that our happiness is valued by the company.
