What makes you most happy at work?Going home at the wnd of the dae
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The show managers put on for customers
What did you like most about the interview process? That every level of store support were there and gave me an honest assessment of how the position would be
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Having an actual interview, not just hiring whoever they like or don't like. Hiring is based on what the person has experience in, and not hiring someone for a manager who has had zero experience as one or even in a retail workplace.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Work ethic, respect, responsibility. This is not high school and must not be treated as a hang-out session. I don't think there is any way to work together better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being involved with the team and there when they are needed, not off wandering or sitting in the office on their phone. Not acting like it's not their job to handle an issue that comes up. Treat everyone with respect, not just those of family or those in the inner circle.
A leading regional supermarket chain operating in the Southwest,
