What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone knows how to get leadership off our backs so we can actually do our job.
What are some of the best things about your team?Fun, dynamic, energetic, young and
What did you like most about the interview process? It was positive and engaging. I had a good first impression with HR. I bought in, it sounded like a good time. Variety of work, a ton of skills, cool people - the works.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fundamental business structure. Top-heavy employee owned creates an inherent culture of favoritism and inequality. There is not room for you to grow, either professionally or in terms of equity. Turnover below Manager level is comically high. Shocking.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? The company structure and imbalance of work has created a culture of resentment. Without that being fixed, jr staff will never really respect their managers. Jr staff has a culture of shared suffering. A silent understanding.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Sticking up for your teams. Do anything other than maintain status quo. Stop shilling the ESOP for your own benefit and start caring about your desperately tired and mentally unwell staff. HR is essentially a front. I was never supported or backed up in any conversation about work life balance.
