Interacting with my colleagues, and the challenge of the actual work! I've never had the opportunity to work on something so impactful, be supported in delivering, and visibly see the success day after day. Each day the challenges are unique and exciting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly passionate, caring and committed. I've never seen a team working this hard. Very creative, willing to pivot in these challenging circumstances, and always coming up with the right solution and quickly executing, it's not a team caught in spin!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trust amongst team members, they truly operate as a team. And transparency with the company as a whole, information is shared broadly. The team is also very experienced, and able to make the right choices in navigating the company successfully in an incredibly difficult period.
