Working for a company that truly values community and also helping developers become better educated around devsecops, which is an incredible mission to be part of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The level of communication during the interview stages. I always knew who I was speaking to and why, and the recruitment team were proactive in their comms to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people team are amazing at engaging with everyone in the various offices, and we have a sharing culture which means you are never alone and people celebrate your successes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They onboard new hires so quickly and it's next to no time that everyone feels a part of Snyk's mission. The company is transparent in its progress and it's easy to feel you are part of something important.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Snyk has valued the role of Community Manager amazingly well, and again this is a big problem in the CM industry that too many companies want CMs at a basic rate which is not fair to say the least.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The founder has taken a specific interest and stake in the Community team. As a community manager who has consulted with scores of companies over the years, it is rare to find this level of engagement from a C Suite level so huge positive for me.
