Solera Holdings Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

fairly easy to put in for holiday pay and PTO

base pay is more than fair and great opportunity for bonus

Paid ok in line with market

Salary and Medical insurance and benefits on Mexico

Solera pays well to get and retain talented employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm severely overqualified for an entry level position and they're only paying me $35k annually, or $16.83 hourly.

It pays enough to barely get by in which im scared to death every month at bill time

I havent received a merit increase or bonus on years, despite the level of work I provide. Theres no support for developing your career and not even any acknowledgment for doing good work.

OMG this insurance packages is a joke. They can save money for their company by coming out with this joke insurance. Brag to us how big and all encompassing the company is, but cut costs and corners for everyone else that depends on that insurance or 401k packages

Under market compensation and micromanagement by ELT.

I feel undervalued because I am not paid fairly as they just hired a new employee with NO experience and are paying that person 40% more than the rest of our team. Of course this person is a white middle-aged male. Equal work for equal pay...not here.

Two rounds of redundancies have left staff often holding the remit of five, six, or more other positions, with no change in compensation. This isn't sustainable and talented people are quitting. Leadership either needs to pay to retain or accept they can't do what they could with a bigger budget.

They are working us without paying what is deserved. The company says they don't play politics but that is a lie to try and save face. Decisions during key merges of the business netted in the decimation of support/knowledge for the 1 product that will bring new customers and keep current.

The job is impossible and leadership at Solera is clueless.

Executive management are proud to tell employees that ‘we can’t promise you pay rises, but we can promise you more work.’ And they are true to their word. Any pay rises, and they are few and far between, are kept substantially below inflation. Executive bonuses can be good t

The top paid employees do absolutely nothing. If you come on board expect to be a grunt doing all the work while higher paid employees do nothing.

Treat your employees like a valuable asset.
