Solera pays well to get and retain talented employees.
I'm severely overqualified for an entry level position and they're only paying me $35k annually, or $16.83 hourly.
It pays enough to barely get by in which im scared to death every month at bill time
I havent received a merit increase or bonus on years, despite the level of work I provide. Theres no support for developing your career and not even any acknowledgment for doing good work.
OMG this insurance packages is a joke. They can save money for their company by coming out with this joke insurance. Brag to us how big and all encompassing the company is, but cut costs and corners for everyone else that depends on that insurance or 401k packages
Under market compensation and micromanagement by ELT.
I feel undervalued because I am not paid fairly as they just hired a new employee with NO experience and are paying that person 40% more than the rest of our team. Of course this person is a white middle-aged male. Equal work for equal pay...not here.

They are working us without paying what is deserved. The company says they don't play politics but that is a lie to try and save face. Decisions during key merges of the business netted in the decimation of support/knowledge for the 1 product that will bring new customers and keep current.
The job is impossible and leadership at Solera is clueless.

The top paid employees do absolutely nothing. If you come on board expect to be a grunt doing all the work while higher paid employees do nothing.
Treat your employees like a valuable asset.
