Theres no growth. Product team is not doing anything to come up with new ideas to grow the product

Product is weak. Zero innovation, zero investment. People are tired of the amount of work theyre asked to produce without compensation.

hahah the more you try to explain this to management the more you are shut out. It's double speak all around. High level management say one thing on the calls and then group managers tell you something completely different. Customers, employees are just commodities like cattle here.

The management and culture needs to change

No plan, no communication, crap product, no leadership.

You’re expected to know everything from the first day. Hugely unrealistic expectations for all areas of the company. Management does NOT care about their employees. They communicate that they can always find someone willing to put up with them so all employees are treat
