I'm severely overqualified for an entry level position and they're only paying me $35k annually, or $16.83 hourly.
It pays enough to barely get by in which im scared to death every month at bill time
I havent received a merit increase or bonus on years, despite the level of work I provide. Theres no support for developing your career and not even any acknowledgment for doing good work.
OMG this insurance packages is a joke. They can save money for their company by coming out with this joke insurance. Brag to us how big and all encompassing the company is, but cut costs and corners for everyone else that depends on that insurance or 401k packages

We just have a lot of jr employees because turn over is bad. They do start to catch up but it takes time
Its impossible given what the pv owners and c level management have done. Short term neocon american management philosophy killing european companies.
A mentor program for new hires might work well.
Hold employees accountable rather than deflecting and looking to place blame.
Clear ELT strategy, fair compensation, and acceptance of flexible working.
Honesty, fair pay and communication.
Impossible to quantify. Beyond saving.
Give benefits that are actually good and make the changes that the organization is asking for.
Will kt be interviewing many more employees before the go out of business.

There needs to be an additional option since a majority of people never interview and just purchased during buy outs.
Give interviewers a set guidelines on how to conduct interviews.
Internally very very slow with honourous candidate requirements.
Review the rating system for new employees

Extremely understaffed, no training, no support from above
Financial reports were public after a failed public offering has put the negative financials in the hands of customers. Think long term rather than how a few at the top can make money in the short term.
Better customer service and was to communicare and pay bills
Theres no growth. Product team is not doing anything to come up with new ideas to grow the product
