What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seasoned, managing a complex business very effectively
Willingness to work with their staff and back their staff up.
I'm at the bottom of the ladder so my manager doesn't even qualify for the "leadership team". But to answer the question, nothing.
My manager is the one that sustains the company and project, but even he doesnt get recognized
they are clear and transparent
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and benefits are good
fairly easy to put in for holiday pay and PTO
base pay is more than fair and great opportunity for bonus
Paid ok in line with market
Salary and Medical insurance and benefits on Mexico
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are awesome, we are all dealing with the same micromanaging from above so we can all relate
Most work together to make sure goals are reached
Great comaraderie and collaboration with each other.
The people I work with are great. They're nice, funny, and good at their jobs. And we all actively talk shit about Solera while we communicate about cases and issues.
Theyre all professionals like me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are awesome, very understaffed and everyone pays for it

I work from home which is very convenient
None at the monent. Its become a morbid reality we are failong at our business.

The people I interviewed with were great
Friendly professional interviewer motivated to hire staff
The process, i was remotely interviewed but it was a good experience.
The managers doing the interview actually asked relevant questions related to the expected work.
They did me no favors bringing me into this mess.
What makes you most happy at work?
The overall feeling of being part of a group of people and the desire of each person to help you out if your in need of something.
I love my team and my customers!
Strong senior to middle-level management.
I like having goals and assignments without being micromanaged.
