Seasoned, managing a complex business very effectively
Willingness to work with their staff and back their staff up.
I'm at the bottom of the ladder so my manager doesn't even qualify for the "leadership team". But to answer the question, nothing.
My manager is the one that sustains the company and project, but even he doesnt get recognized
they are clear and transparent
Communicate with your team. Stand up for your team.
Being more involved with their teams
Start by respecting employees and show appreciation for the hard work that they do
treating employees better. be more transparent
Caring about employees. Communicating better.
Pay and benefits are good

fairly easy to put in for holiday pay and PTO
base pay is more than fair and great opportunity for bonus
Paid ok in line with market
Salary and Medical insurance and benefits on Mexico
I'm severely overqualified for an entry level position and they're only paying me $35k annually, or $16.83 hourly.
It pays enough to barely get by in which im scared to death every month at bill time
I havent received a merit increase or bonus on years, despite the level of work I provide. Theres no support for developing your career and not even any acknowledgment for doing good work.
OMG this insurance packages is a joke. They can save money for their company by coming out with this joke insurance. Brag to us how big and all encompassing the company is, but cut costs and corners for everyone else that depends on that insurance or 401k packages
Under market compensation and micromanagement by ELT.
Coworkers are awesome, we are all dealing with the same micromanaging from above so we can all relate

Most work together to make sure goals are reached
Great comaraderie and collaboration with each other.
The people I work with are great. They're nice, funny, and good at their jobs. And we all actively talk shit about Solera while we communicate about cases and issues.
Theyre all professionals like me.
We just have a lot of jr employees because turn over is bad. They do start to catch up but it takes time
Its impossible given what the pv owners and c level management have done. Short term neocon american management philosophy killing european companies.
A mentor program for new hires might work well.
Coworkers are awesome, very understaffed and everyone pays for it

Teamwork and willingness to help each other
I work from home which is very convenient
None at the monent. Its become a morbid reality we are failong at our business.
Work from home. There is no culture
Hold employees accountable rather than deflecting and looking to place blame.
Clear ELT strategy, fair compensation, and acceptance of flexible working.
Honesty, fair pay and communication.
Impossible to quantify. Beyond saving.
Give benefits that are actually good and make the changes that the organization is asking for.
The people I interviewed with were great

Friendly professional interviewer motivated to hire staff
The process, i was remotely interviewed but it was a good experience.
The managers doing the interview actually asked relevant questions related to the expected work.
They did me no favors bringing me into this mess.
There needs to be an additional option since a majority of people never interview and just purchased during buy outs.
Give interviewers a set guidelines on how to conduct interviews.
Internally very very slow with honourous candidate requirements.
Review the rating system for new employees
The overall feeling of being part of a group of people and the desire of each person to help you out if your in need of something.
I love my team and my customers!
Strong senior to middle-level management.
I like having goals and assignments without being micromanaged.
Extremely understaffed, no training, no support from above

Financial reports were public after a failed public offering has put the negative financials in the hands of customers. Think long term rather than how a few at the top can make money in the short term.
Better customer service and was to communicare and pay bills
Theres no growth. Product team is not doing anything to come up with new ideas to grow the product
Product is weak. Zero innovation, zero investment. People are tired of the amount of work theyre asked to produce without compensation.
