i would love higher compensation
Currently our gas station is starting higher than the actual grocery store. People are being hired in at higher rates than employees who have been there and have worked through an entire pandemic. There are places that start at more and we constantly lose employees because of that. That needs work.

I feel undervalued because I'm the top puller ever week ive been denied days off cause of the production I output and the same days or similar days where giving to other associates whom asked after me. I was turned away from lead position with out even a interview.
